What does the €499 Online Sale include?

For one accepted property, it provides a 90-day online marketing and administration service: listing preparation, basic optimisation of suitable owner photographs, publication on the portals agreed for the property, My IMOJA, buyer-enquiry and viewing coordination, offers passed to you and a document checklist. You host the viewings. Any activity legally classified as real-estate mediation is governed by the applicable written mediation agreement.

How is the €499 price paid?

The total service price is €499 including VAT. Before you pay or sign, the applicable written agreement and pre-contract information state when payment is due, the exact scope, the 90-day term and your consumer rights. Creating a Property File remains free and creates no payment obligation.

Do I need separate portal accounts or apps?

You do not need separate client accounts for portals managed by IMOJA. Your Property File stays in My IMOJA, where available listing updates, enquiries, viewing requests, offers and reports appear once the service begins. What you see and how often it updates depend on the selected service and each connected portal.

What if I want IMOJA to run the whole sale?

Choose Full Agency. The exclusive service is 2% + VAT, subject to a minimum of €2,000 + VAT. Professional photography, viewings, active negotiation and completion coordination are included in the agreed scope. A 3% + VAT non-exclusive option is also available.
